Bog stvara ženu
Kad je Bog stvarao ženu, šesti dan je radio do kasno.
Anđeo je došao i upitao: "Zašto trošiti toliko vremena na nju?"
Gospodin je odgovorio: “Jesi li vidio sve specifikacije koje moram zadovoljiti da je oblikujem?
Ona mora funkcionirati u svim situacijama.
Mora biti u stanju zagrliti više djece u isto vrijeme.
Imati zagrljaj koji može izliječiti sve, od ozljeđenog koljena do slomljenog srca.
Sve to mora učiniti sa samo dvije ruke.
Ona se sama liječi kad je bolesna i može raditi 18 sati dnevno.”
Anđeo je bio impresioniran: "Samo dvije ruke...nemoguće!
I ovo je standardni model?"
Anđeo je prišao bliže i dotaknuo ženu.
"Ali ti si je učinio tako mekom, Gospode."
"Meka je", rekao je Gospodin, - Ali sam je učinio jakom. Ne možeš zamisliti što može podnijeti i prevladati."
"Može li misliti?" Anđeo je upitao.
Gospodin je odgovorio: "Ne samo da može misliti, ona može razmišljati i pregovarati."
Anđeo joj je dotaknuo obraze.
"Gospode, čini se da ovo stvorenje prokišnjava! Stavio si previše tereta na nju."
"Ona ne prokišnjava...to je suza" Gospodin je ispravio anđela.
"Čemu to služi?" Pitao je anđeo.
Gospodin je rekao: "Suze su njezin način da izrazi svoju tugu, svoje sumnje, svoju ljubav, svoju usamljenost, svoju patnju i svoj ponos."
Ovo je ostavilo veliki dojam na anđela,
"Gospode, ti si genij. Na sve si mislio. Žena je doista čudesna!"
Gospodin reče: “Uistinu jest.
Ona ima snagu koja čovjeka zadivi.
Može se nositi s nevoljama i nositi teške terete.
Ona nosi sreću, ljubav i mišljenja.
Smiješi se kad joj dođe da vrišti.
Pjeva kad joj se plače.
Plače kad je sretna i smije se kad je uplašena.
Ona se bori za ono u što vjeruje.
Njena ljubav je bezuvjetna.
Srce joj je slomljeno kad joj umre najbliži rođak ili prijatelj, ali nalazi snage da nastavi sa životom."
Anđeo upita: "Dakle, ona je savršeno biće?"
Gospodin je odgovorio: "Nije. Ima jedan nedostatak... često zaboravlja koliko vrijedi."

God is creating woman
When God created woman he was working late on the 6th day.
An angel came by and asked, “Why spend so much time on her?"
The Lord answered, “Have you seen all the specifications I have to meet to shape her?
She must function in all kinds of situations.
She must be able to embrace several kids at the same time.
Have a hug that can heal anything from a bruised knee to a broken heart.
She must do all this with only two hands.
She cures herself when sick and can work 18 hours a day.”
The angel was impressed, "Just two hands...impossible!
And this is the standard model?"
The angel came closer and touched the woman.
“But you have made her so soft, Lord."
"She is soft", said the Lord,
"But I have made her strong. You can't imagine what she can endure and overcome."
"Can she think?" The angel asked.
The Lord answered, "Not only can she think, she can reason and negotiate."
The angel touched her cheeks.
"Lord, it seems this creation is leaking! You have put too many burdens on her."
"She is not leaking...it is a tear" the Lord corrected the angel.
"What's it for?" Asked the angel.
The Lord said, “Tears are her way of expressing her grief, her doubts, her love, her loneliness, her suffering, and her pride."
This made a big impression on the angel,
"Lord, you are a genius. You thought of everything. A woman is indeed marvelous!"
Lord said, “Indeed she is.
She has strength that amazes a man.
She can handle trouble and carry heavy burdens.
She holds happiness, love, and opinions.
She smiles when she feels like screaming.
She sings when she feels like crying.
Cries when happy and laughs when afraid.
She fights for what she believes in.
Her love is unconditional.
Her heart is broken when a next-of-kin or a friend dies but she finds strength to get on with life."
The angel asked: "So she is a perfect being?"
The Lord replied, "No. She has just one drawback...she often forgets what she is worth.”
